Adopted with ultra-high-speed, high-performance dual-core CPU. Calculation speed reaches 0.13μs, and the shortest cycle control time is only 62.5μs. It enables high-speed and reliable machine operation, cuts energy consumption & production costs, and greatly boosts production efficiency.

The servo control system adopts MECHATROLINK‑II bus with embedded NC technology, which greatly enhances the plasticizing and injection response switching rate.

The servo motor is equipped with a 24-bit absolute encoder. It can record positions in real time, even during unexpected power outages or after mechanical component replacement.

Servo digital torque feedback control, combined with high-precision load measuring sensors, allows the machine to realize high-precision plasticizing measurement.

Designed for small-part molding production. The precision screw injection system delivers top injection accuracy, even for shot weight below 0.02g. With servo control system and 24-bit high-precision absolute encoder, the machine features excellent stability and repeat precision. It reduces the weight standard deviation of molded products to 1/3, improving part dimension consistency.
